An economy version of the Chef’s Edge Liner, designed to permit complete drainage and superior drying of glasses, dishes and other delicate items.

Conditions which cause bacterial growth are greatly reduced. The 'rubberized' composition allows it to lie flatter, and makes it softer and more pliable, thus giving greater protection from chipping and breakage than ordinary plastic liners.
