24-lb. parchment paper liner is treated on both sides for baking pan release ease. More reusable (up to three times or more) than single-use pan liners. Fits commercial baking pans; reduces greasing. 1,000 liners per case.
· Withstands oven heat best of any pan liner while providing good quilon type release from baked goods. Not as good as silicone but better then single use type quilon treated greaseproof sheets (LO10) Not as heavy as 27Q but can give 2 to 3 reuses
· Lines pans so product doesn’t stick. Baked goods slide right off and the pan remains clean. Good release means no damaged or broken product reducing cost of production. No washing means reduced cost too
· Normally can be reused 3 times or more times
