Low height Remote Refrigerated Base Fabricated to be exclusively used under Garland Heavy-Duty Master Series modular top. Refrigerated base interior, front face, drawers and sides to be of #304 series 18-8 stainless steel. Bottom and vertical corners of inner liner shall shall have 3/8 easy to clean radius corners. Bottom and back of base to have galvanized steel. Insulation of cabinet and drawer faces to be 100% polyurethane shot-in-place foam which shall be free of any CFCs. Self closing drawer track assemblies shall be fabricated of 14 gauge 304 series stainless steel with heavy-duty 2 inch skate wheels with concealed bearings. Drawer gaskets shall be of durable, grease resistant, easy to clean, high compression PVC gasket. Provide R22 blower coil evaporator with expansion valve, concealed pre-wired electrical conduit to a single point connection, dial thermometer and sleeve for drain and refrigeration lines. Provide 6 stainless steel legs with 2 adjustable bullet feet.
