The APW Wyott RTR-4 Refrigerated Topping Rail is ideal for salad bars, build-your-own baked potato stations, or even sundae shops.  This countertop condiment dispenser has eight refrigerated compartments and keeps your toppings at food safe temperatures.  By maintaining an ideal cooling temperature, the topping rail provides your customers with a consistent, quality product and reduces the amount of waste from spoiling.  The RTR-8 topping rail has a tiered design.   The bottom row can hold two, 1/6 size 4in deep food pans, and the top row can hold two, 1/6 size 6in deep food pans.
