The APW Wyott EF-30NT countertop electric 30lb fryer features all stainless steel construction and two 15lb baskets. The EF-30NT countertop fryer has a lift-out, one piece tank with carry handles. A large foaming area above frying compound level and insulating air pocket surrounds the tank for improved temperature control. The EF-30NT fryer is easy to operate with yellow cycling light to alert the operator that the unit is ready for the next batch. The EF-30NT fryer automatically shuts down if the frying compound overheats.
