Specifications:
CONTRUCTION: Welded to the uprights except for bottom shelf that clips on to the legs of the upright. Shelves to have a rectangula frame of 11⁄2” heavy wall aluminum tube and 1⁄4” flat bar. The shelves available in the following styles.
TUBULAR: Model ACFS - Constructed of 11⁄2” square tube spacing welded horizontal on 41⁄2” centers. Load capacity per shelf is 1500 lbs.
UPRIGHTS: Constructed of 2” x 4” heavy wall aluminum tubing sealed top and bottom. Front leg to be welded to upright allowing for 6” clearance and have adjustable foot. Legs will not extend beyond the front shelves.
To Lay Out Shelving:Since there is no front post, nominal sizes are not needed. For example, a wall 16 feet 2 inches long could use (3) 60” sections. The shelving sections would be placed 31⁄2” apart giving complete utilization of wall space.For use in coolers and freezers with blowers lower than 80”. We recommend under the blower a special height three tier shelving unit. This will keep the top two shelves level with the surrounding four tier shelving. This unit’s over all height is 52” To order this shelving add /52 to the end of the model number for that section of shelving.
