CONSTRUCTION:
Constructed of Heavy Duty extruded Type 6063 primary aluminum, unit is all welded.

SIDEWALLS:
Welded to 1” x 2 1⁄2 channel. The compound guides are 1” or 11⁄2” on center with guides 5/8” x .090 thick. Tongue and groove panels are continuously welded for maximum strength.

TOP:
Aluminum double pan design formed with four lips down and welded.

BACK WALL:
.090 thick aluminum

BASE:
.125 aluminum formed with four lips down and welded

CASTERS:
Unit comes standard with a 5” x 1 1⁄2” plate caster bolted to the base.

DOOR:
Constructed of 1/8” thick aluminum panel with a full 270-degree opening. Door held closed with a stainless steel gravity latch.

HINGES:
Three (3) double knuckle S/S hinges are bolted to the door (NSF approved).
