Specifications:
CONSTRUCTION:
Constructed of heavy-duty extruded type 6063 aluminum alloy. Unit is fully welded.
FRAME & CROSS-SUPPORTS:
Uprights consist of 1 1⁄2” square aluminum tubing (.063 thick), welded to horizontal 1” square tubing (.063 thick) to support the can slides.
CAN SLIDES:
Consist of extruded angles 1” x 1 1⁄2” x .078 thick and extruded T-Bar 3” x .078 thick. Can slides and T-Bar are welded to the frame. Spacing for the slides is 7 3/8” on center. The back of each slide is set 1” higher to allow the cans to roll forward.
CASTERS:
5” polyurethane plate casters two swivel and two with 2 brakes.
POLY TOP :
Models are equipped with a 5/8” polyethylene material held in place by four (4) tabs welded to the unit (CSR54, CSR 72 series).
ALUMINUM TOP:
Models are fitted with a .090 thick aluminum sheet with 1” lips turned down.
STAINLESS STEEL TOP:
Models are fitted with a 16-gauge Stainless Steel sheet with 1” lips turned down, all corners welded and polished.
