Specifications:
CONSTRUCTION SOLID:
Model AASR - Constructed of a pressed solid sheet of .063 aluminum. Shelf is bent down 90 degrees on all sides and
hemmed for rigidity. Reinforced with 1 1/4” square aluminum tube for additional load capacity. A square corner block with
radiused edges is to be welded in each corner and have 3/8” set screw to hold the shelf securely to the post. Load capacity
900 lbs. per shelf.
CONSTRUCTION CHANNEL:
Model AACH - Constructed of all welded aluminum 1 1/2” x 1 3/4” x .072 tubing. Frame center shelf cross pieces are 4” x
1.4” x .080 aluminum channel with a reinforced leg to increase load capacity, two channels for 18” wide, three channels for
24” wide, four channels for 30” wide shelves. A square corner block with radiused edges is to be welded in each corner and
have 3/8” set screw to hold the shelf securely to the post. Load capacity 2100 lbs. per shelf.
CONSTRUCTION T-BAR:
Model AATB - Constructed of all welded aluminum 1 1/2” x 1 3/4” x .072 wall tubing frame with cross pieces to be T-Bar
construction with minimum thickness of .080 x 1 1/2” wide and spaced 2” apart. A square corner block with radiused edges
is to be welded in each corner and have 3/8” set screw to hold the shelf securely to the post. Load capacity 1500 lbs. per
shelf.
CONSTRUCTION TUBULAR:
Model AAS - Constructed of all welded aluminum 1 1/2” x 1 3/4” x .072 wall tubing spaced approximately 4 1/2” on center.
A square corner block with radiused edges is to be welded in each corner and have 3/8” set screw to hold the shelf securely
to the post. Load capacity 2000 lbs. per shelf.
POSTS:
Consist of extruded 1” schedule 40 aluminum pipe with plastic caps at each end.
