The True TRCB-79 Refrigerated Chef Base with four drawers is a versatile solution for your commercial kitchen.  This chef base doubles as an equipment stand and can hold up to 1084 pounds.  Each of the four drawers can accommodate (3) 12in x 20in x 4in food pans.  An oversized refrigeration system is adjustable with a temperature range of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit.  The True TRCB-79 features a durable stainless steel front, top and sides, with a matched aluminum back.
