No-Hassle Return Policy

Instawares strives to provide you with the highest quality products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 15 days of delivery with our no-hassle return policy. We’ll even pay for the shipping. Unlike other restaurant supply companies, we do not charge a fee for returns totaling less than $1,000. All returns totaling $1,000 and up will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If you received an item in error, we will gladly waive the restocking fee.

Please note that we are unable to exchange items. If the product you received is damaged, defective or the wrong item, Contact us to obtain a RA (Return Authorization) number. We will respond to your issue within one business day. After you receive a RA number, place it on the outside of your returned item so we'll know when and why it was received at our warehouse. Due to transit time of the returned item, processing at Instawares, and individual bank reimbursement policies, refunds may take up to 60 days.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

• Final Sale items.
• Foods of any variety.
• Any item that is gas-powered or contains flammable liquids.
• Special Order Items such as furniture or equipment.
• Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
• Food Service Disposable items, such as plates, cups, napkins, etc.
• Any type of aerosol cans.

In addition, we cannot issue a refund for the return of certain items, including:

• Any item that has obvious signs of use.
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
• Items returned without a Return Authorization Number.

Coupon Policy 

Promotional offer discount restrictions–Coupons, discount codes and promotional code offers do not apply to products from manufacturers with Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) Policies. The ability to enter promotion/coupon code is restricted to shopping carts that do not contain any MAP items.

Coupon Return Policy

All purchases using a coupon code are subject to the standard return policy. When returning an item purchased with a discount code we will refund the amount of the item less the discount received for the order.
