Price Match Promise –
We are dedicated to providing customers with the largest selection of restaurant equipment and supplies at the lowest prices in the industry. If you find a product that we carry at a better price, simply contact us for a price match by emailing us or calling 1-888-465-8817. Please provide a URL or quote on dealer letterhead when making your request.
Price Match Rules and Restrictions:
• Price match cannot be used on previous purchases.
• Price match applies to total price including shipping charges and taxes.
• Price match cannot be combined with coupons or other promotional discounts.
• Instawares reserves the right to deny price match requests if we cannot verify the lower price.
• We will not price match used equipment or from online auction sites such as eBay
No Hassle Returns –
We take the guesswork out of returns, offering customers quick and easy returns with no surprises. Unlike other restaurant supply companies, Instawares does not charge a restocking fee for returned products totaling up to $1,000. All returns totaling more than $1,000 are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If you received the item in error, we will gladly waive the restocking fee. We’ll even pay for shipping for all returns within 15 days of delivery.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of delivery by simply contacting us to request a RA (Return Authorization) number. After you receive a Return Authorization number, place it on the outside of your returned item so we will know when and why the item has been received at our warehouse. Transit times for returned items, processing at Instawares, and individual bank reimbursement policies may vary, so please note that refunds may take up to 60 days.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
• Final sale items
• Food of any variety
• Any item that is gas-powered or contains flammable liquids
• Special order items such as furniture and equipment
• Any product missing the serial number or UPC
• Foodservice disposable items such as plates, cups, napkins, etc.
• Any type of aerosol cans
• Any item that has obvious signs of use
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts
• Items returned without a Return Authorization number
