This robust high-temperature dishmachine boasts a fully-automatic cycle along with Jackson’s exclusive Sani-Sure technology, ensuring proper temperature/sanitation is reached every cycle. Clean dishes the first time through. Other standard features include field phase conversion capability, built-in pressure regulator, and top mounted controls All TempStar models are constructed of heavy duty 304 stainless steel, are field convertible from straight-through to corner and vice versa, and include adjustable bullet feet and single-point connections for all utilities.
