With a top rail that holds (12) 1/6 size food pans up to 6in deep and a generous workspace in front of the rail, the Delfield UCD4472N-12M 27in reduced height mega top salad prep refrigerator with two drawers provides plenty of space to store ingredients and prepare your signature salads or sandwiches.  Its 3in casters contribute to a lower, 34.25in working height compared to a standard model’s 36in working height.  Dual level pan brackets allow you to set the pans 1in lower than normal if needed, for maximum cooling performance even in high temperatures, or if the cover is usually left open.  A dishwasher safe 8in wide cutting board on the front provides plenty of room for sandwich or salad preparation; it’s even treated with an antimicrobial agent for improved sanitation.  To keep backup ingredients close at hand, each top drawer can hold one full size 6in deep food pan and three 1/6 size food pans up to 6in deep, while each bottom drawer accommodates one 4in deep full size pan and three 1/6 size food pans up to 4in deep (sold sepatately).
