With a top rail that holds (18) 1/6 size food pans up to 6in deep and a generous workspace in front of the rail, the Delfield STD4472N-18M 72in mega top salad prep refrigerator with six drawers provides plenty of space to store ingredients and prepare your signature salads or sandwiches.  Its dual level pan brackets allow you to set the pans 1in lower than normal if needed, for maximum cooling performance even in high temperatures, or if the cover is usually left open.  A dishwasher safe 8in wide cutting board on the front provides plenty of room for sandwich or salad preparation; it’s even treated with an antimicrobial agent for improved sanitation.  The 4in high stainless steel backsplash works to help prevent materials from falling behind the unit and protect your walls.  To keep backup ingredients close at hand, each top drawer can hold one full size 6in deep food pan and three 1/9 size 6in deep pans, while each bottom drawer accommodates one 4in deep full size food pan, and three 1/9 size 4in deep food pans (sold separately).
