Delfield Drop-In Frost Top

Make your best desserts and cold dishes look even better with the Delfield N8231 31in drop in frost top display.  This frost top display maintains an even layer of frost on its top surface, giving you a unique one-of-a-kind way to display cold products and entice patrons.  The Delfield N8231 frost top unit features a one-piece, 31in heavy gauge stainless steel top, while a full perimeter trough and 1/2in drain catch and remove any water runoff.  Its bottom-mounted 1/4 hp compressor circulates R404A refrigerant to generate the frost layer and keep the top surface chilled.
