Delfield Sandwich and Salad Top Refrigerator 48in

The 48in Delfield D4448N-12 refrigerated salad prep table with four drawers is built to withstand the fast-paced environment of commercial kitchens.  A dishwasher safe, 10in wide cutting board, treated with an antimicrobial agent, provides a convenient workspace, and dual level pan brackets allow you to set the pan 1in lower, keeping their contents cooler if ambient temperatures are high or the covers stay open for a long period of time.  This Delfield salad prep refrigerator’s top holds (12) 1/6 size food pans up to 6in deep.   Each top drawer can hold (1) full size food pan up to 6in deep, plus (3) 1/9 size food pans up to 6in deep.  Each bottom drawer accommodates (1) 4in deep full size food pan and (3) 1/9 size food pans up to 4in deep.  Pans for the drawers are sold separately.
