A powerful 18,000 watt output allows the SEL-40-TR to preheat in just 15 minutes, and its adjustable electronic thermostat has a temperature range of 100 to 425 degrees F. This tilting skillet’s stainless steel clad 5/8in thick cooking surface is guaranteed against warping. Its electronic thermostat is embedded only 1/8in from the top surface for fast reaction to temperature inputs. The entire unit is constructed from durable stainless steel for easy cleanup and years of dependable service. Simple, straightforward controls are recessed to avoid damage, and all electrical connections make the Cleveland SEL-40-TR safe and easy to use – and don’t forget about the Power Tilt function to make emptying the unit just as easy.
