Their 3-ply construction consists of 18-8 stainless steel interior that doesn't affect color or flavor of food with a 3004 aluminum core that provides even heat on bottom of pan and side walls. Constant commercial use will not affect the shape of this sauce pan. It features a TriVent® Handle with an unique ergonomic design that reduces stress and fatigue. Handle is rated at 450°F (232°C) for stovetop or oven use. Can be used with induction, gas, electric or ceramic cooktops.
