The food warmer is  designed to attractively display and maintain the serving temperature of your prepared foods with less energy than a traditional warmer. Its thermoset fiber-reinforced well is self-insulating and cannot rust, pit or crack. This Cayenne® Model 1001 food warmer has an exclusive dome heating element that uses up to 25% less energy and concentrates energy into the well. The element's non-stick surface makes it for easy removal of mineral deposits. Element is cast-in for longer service life and greater energy transfer. You won't have to guess with the low-water indicator featured on this food warmer.
