Vollrath Wear-Ever 12QT Double Boiler

Vollrath Wear-Ever® double boilers are ideal for delicate food preparation, reheating, pre-heating and moisture free cooking. This double boiler is made from standard gauge, impact-resistant, energy-efficient 3004 aluminum that spreads heat evenly along sidewalls and base eliminating the need for constant stirring. Features solid, welded aluminum handles that provide durability and easy interior cleaning. Double-thick rims remain round for a better cover fit while double-thick bottoms help resist denting. Comes complete with 12 quart pot, 11 quart inset and Toroguard handled cover.
