Vollrath Mirage Commercial Single Hob Drop-In Induction Range

Vollrath's Mirage® standard drop-in induction ranges use cutting edge technology to provide efficiencies of 90% or more, which is 40% more efficient than electric or gas ranges. The Mirage® 59501 drop-in range is designed for use in commercial kitchens and front-of-the-house cooking. It has a case frame made from heavy-duty, 18-gauge stainless steel with vitro ceramic top. The ceramic top can clean up easy with a mild cleanser. This Mirage® 59501 induction range is equipped with many safety features including: overheat protection, small-article detection, pan auto-detection function and empty-pan shut-off. A variable speed knob serves for fast temperature adjustment with a sensitive low-end control for cooking sauces, milks and chocolates. The vertical control panel offers a solution for runoffs of liquid spills.
