Vollrath's New York, New York® chafers are designed for use in dining room serving lines in either stationary or mobile serving equipment. This beautiful chafer features 3 microns of 99.9% pure silver, applied to all parts of the chafer including trim pieces. Clear-coated brass trim deters discoloration so your chafer stays looking new longer. The chafer comes complete with stainless rack, water pan, 2-1/2in Super Pan 3™ food pan, vented removable roll top dome cover and 2 fuel holders.
