Vollrath New York New York 9QT Silverplated Rectangular Drop-In Chafer

Vollrath's New York, New York® chafers are designed for use in dining room serving lines in either stationary or mobile serving equipment. This chafer features 3 microns of 99.9% pure silver, applied to all parts of the chafer including trim pieces. The rectangular shaped chafer has a roll top and fully retracts allowing for easy access from both sides. An unique dripless water pan and channeled cover keeps condensation away from the food and table top. Clear-coated brass trim deters discoloration so your chafer stays looking new longer.
