Vollrath New York New York 9QT Rectangle Drop-In Dripless Chafer

Vollrath's New York, New York® drop-in chafers are designed for use in dining room serving lines in either stationary or mobile serving equipment. The chafer is fully retractable allowing serving from both sides. They feature Vollrath's unique dripless water pan and channeled cover that keeps condensation away from the food and table top. This chafer has mirror-finished 18-8 stainless steel construction that's low profile, tough and elegant. The chafer comes complete with 18-8 stainless steel water pan with mirror-finished rim, 18-8 stainless steel food pan, clips to attach the chafer to the bottom of the countertop, an attached tray to hold Vollrath's Universal Heater 46060 (sold separately) and complete instructions.
