Vollrath New York New York 9QT Rectangle Countertop Dripless Chafer

This Vollrath New York, New York® dripless chafer keeps water out of the food and off the table; condensation accumulates in the dome cover and is transferred through the channel in the cover back into the water pan. The extra wide rim of the water pan does not allow food or water to drop below chafer onto the table creating a more stylish appearance. Hinge design works in closed, 90° and fully-open position using only moderate force to change position. No levers or switches are required to operate. The chafer comes complete with rack, dome channeled removable cover, dripless waterpan, Super Pan 3® food pan and 2 fuel holders.
