Ideal for product that needs to be “wet down” with an open base for improved air and water circulation. Easily rolled in and out of place, these units act as great substitutes for shelving and as portable chill systems.

Equipped with four 5” plate type heavy duty casters, two swivel and two rigid, these all welded aluminum dollies can be loaded up with up to 1200# and easily rolled into place.

SINGLE STACK
-MATERIAL: Hi-tensile, corrosion resistant, rust proof, primary extruded aluminum, Type 6063-T5 alloy.
-CONSTRUCTION: All heli-arc welded with all seams welded and sealed (no rivets).
-CAPACITY: Each rack accepts stacking chilltray baskets having bottom dimensions of 18-½” x 21-¾” with a 1200# weight capacity.
-FRAME: Model #1171: Rectangular frame of 1-½” x 2-¾” tube and 1-½” x 1-½” x 3/16” angle. Model #1172: Rectangular frame of 1-½” x 2-¾” tube throughout. Each frame has two locking collars (integral with frame) welded in place to accept optional handle. Tabs of ¼” x 1” strap are welded in place to prevent baskets from sliding off of the frame. Caster plates are welded to each frame, pre-tapped for casters.
-CASTERS: Four 5” platform type casters, two swivel and two rigid, with sealed ball bearing axle bearing and non-marking polyurethane wheel.
