Vollrath Intrigue 12QT Brazier/Casserole

Vollrath Intrigue® braziers are perfect for long, slow cooking. This brazier is made from heavy-duty 18-8 stainless steel with 1/4in aluminum clad bottom that distributes heat evenly and is easy to clean manually or you can put it in the dishwasher for convenience. A rounded lip makes pouring easy and adds strength where it counts. The European styled Intrigue® brazier features a mirror-finish that look great and is ideal for kitchen or demonstration cooking.
